GM Authority said Final Weeks To Order 2017 Chevrolet SS Sedan

Previously, we warned potential buyers February would be the final month to place an official order for a 2017 Chevrolet SS performance sedan. Should inventory mount, wed imagine similar deals like we saw last summer will emerge; the SS sedan was slapped with a 20 percent off MSRP discount this past July. February has flown by, and that means time is ticking to visit your local Chevrolet dealer and cement your order for precious cargo from Australia. The 2017 SS sedan arrives with zero changes and no special, send-off editions to mark the occasion, but Orange Blast Metallic does replace Some Like It Hot Red Metallic as the orangey hue of the vehicles color palette. The SS will be the third and final time GM has exported Holden goodies to the U.S.

Priced at $40,995, the Colorado ZR2 undercuts the hulking Raptors base price by $9160. Those more interested in an apples-to-apples comparison can pit the ZR2 against the $41,930 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro instead. Like the Tacoma TRD Pro, the ZR2 relies on underhood hardware from lesser lineup mates. The 2017 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 may be smaller and less powerful than the half-ton Ford F-150 Raptor, but these facts are unlikely to deter consumers (and automotive publications) from thinking together about the two off-road-oriented pickups. The Colorado ZR2 goes on sale this spring and will be available in both crew- and extended-cab body styles, as well as with the choice of a short or long bed.
